Did you know parfait means perfect in French? This breakfast parfait by our nutrition experts, Food for Salud, is the perfect way to start your day. This quick and easy recipe can be made as is, or swapped out for your favorite fruits.
Ingredients
- 32 oz Greek Yogurt (you can use plain, vanilla or strawberry)
- 3 cup sliced fresh fruit (can be pineapple, mango, strawberries, blueberries, banana, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- Optional: drizzle of honey
Directions
- Spoon 5oz Greek yogurt into a serving dish
- Layer with 1/2 cup fresh fruit
- Top with 1/4 cup granola, 1 tsp flaxseeds and enjoy!
