Section 1557 Coordinator

Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act strengthens protections against discrimination in healthcare on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. This rule helps reduce language barriers and enhances both physical and digital accessibility. Nicklaus Children's Hospital (NCHS) has taken all required actions to comply with these standards.
