Lo que se suponía que iba a ser un día divertido para Frankie y su hermana con su tío rápidamente dio un giro inesperado y trágico. Un caballo pateó la cabeza de Frankie en el rancho que estaban visitando, y sufrió una lesión cerebral traumática. Fue trasladado en avión al centro de trauma más cercano y, tan pronto como se estabilizó, sus padres optaron por trasladarlo a través de LifeFlight al Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Hoy en día, está mejorando día a día gracias a la atención que recibió en el Nicklaus Children’s.
