Nicklaus Children’s Health System Recognized by Forbes as One of Florida’s Top Midsize Employers

Nicklaus Children’s Health System has been named by Forbes as one of the Best Midsize Employers in the U.S. Among the 498 organizations recognized, Nicklaus Children’s ranks 116.

To create the list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 217,000 employees working for companies with 1,000 to 5,000 people within the United States. Survey respondents answered questions around their salary, work environment and opportunities to advance. From then, responses were analyzed along with additional survey data from the last three years, which allowed for a comprehensive assessment of each organization. 

Nicklaus Children’s Health System employs approximately 4,000 individuals across our hospital, outpatient and urgent care centers serving children in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin County.
