Nikole Sanchez-Rubiera has been promoted to Vice President of Transformation at Miami Children’s Hospital. She will oversee the Project Management Office, Architecture and Design, and Facilities Operations departments. Ms. Sanchez-Rubiera has been with Miami Children’s Hospital for 12 years and has held various positions, most recently directing the Project Management Office, which coordinates the hospital’s continuous improvement processes.
“Nikole will undoubtedly bring her vast experience and passion to this new role. We are delighted to have her as part of the leadership team.” said Martha McGill, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Miami Children’s Hospital.
Ms. Sanchez-Rubiera holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami, as well as master’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix.
