MIAMI -- Jackie Gonzalez, MSN, ARNP, FAAN, Senior Vice President of Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer at Miami Children’s Hospital, has been appointed to the Management Information Services (MIS) Council for the National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI).
The MIS Council offers a variety of data programs and analytical services to support improvements in operations for individual hospitals and influences policy decisions for children’s healthcare.
NACHRI represents more than 140 freestanding acute care children’s hospitals, freestanding children’s rehabilitation and specialty hospitals, and children’s hospitals organized within larger medical centers. It addresses public policy issues affecting children’s hospitals’ missions of service to the children of their communities, including clinical care, education, research and advocacy.
