Miami Children's Hospital (MCH) has named Aristides Pallin as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Pallin will be responsible for developing and updating the Information Technology (IT) vision for the hospital, as well as managing its IT resources and contributing to the hospital’s overall business development and strategy.
Prior to joining MCH, Mr. Pallin had served as Chief Information Officer at Mercy Hospital in Miami among other positions. During his tenure, Mr. Pallin developed Mercy’s IT function into a critical component of the organization’s efforts to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and physician linkages. This was accomplished through the implementation of operational best practices and strategic system selection and deployment.
Mr. Pallin has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami.
