Fetal and Pediatric Cardiologist

Dr. Farah H. Garmany is a fetal and pediatric cardiologist with the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Heart Institute. She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Garmany completed a residency in pediatrics at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. She then pursued a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. Her clinical interests include fetal and pediatric cardiology.

Prior to joining Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists in 2022, Dr. Garmany was in private pediatric cardiology practice in West Virginia for more than 20 years. She is board certified in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Garmany is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Garmany is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She speaks English and Farsi.
