My name is Jamiel Rivero and I’m the Career Representative at Nicklaus Children’s. I’ve been with this organization for 6 years and I’ve held multiple roles. My journey in this amazing, purpose driven organization began when I was a small child, having been transported to the hospital by our Life flight Team (after a severe trauma accident). I was unconscious for 3 months and my parents were told that I may not make it.

Well, I can say that that through the hands of very talented professionals and a caring, faith filled network of loved ones - I am a Nicklaus Children’s Miracle story!

It is amazing to be part of the Nicklaus Children’s family and serve our children, community and each other. I am filled with an immense sense of purpose, gratitude and belonging.  As an employee, we have the greatest privilege!
