Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist
Dr. Maricarmen Roche Rodriguez is a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences in Ohio. Dr. Roche Rodriguez completed a residency in anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine/Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. She then pursued a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiac anesthesiology at Boston Children's Hospital in Massachusetts.
Dr. Roche Rodriguez is board certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. She is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia Society. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and she has presented at medical conferences.
Dr. Roche Rodriguez is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
